You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in any iEscrow service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users from countries or territories under international sanctions or identified as high-risk by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) are not permitted to access or use our Services.

Our Services include the $ESCROW token presale, staking platform, and post-presale liquidity on the Uniswap decentralized exchange. You agree to use these Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Services at any time for maintenance, compliance, or security reasons.

Nothing on the iEscrow platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Participation in the presale, staking, or trading of $ESCROW tokens is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You should conduct your own research and consult professional advisors before making any financial decisions.

We strive to keep iEscrow secure and reliable, but blockchain technology carries inherent risks beyond our control. GrowForce FZCO will not be responsible for any losses resulting from market volatility, blockchain network issues, smart-contract risks, gas fees, third-party actions, or other events beyond our control.

The $ESCROW token is a utility token and does not represent ownership, equity, voting rights, or any right to company assets, control, or authority over management or strategic decisions within GrowForce FZCO or its affiliates. Holding or using $ESCROW does not confer any legal interest, any form of managerial or strategic involvement, or proprietary claim over the iEscrow ecosystem. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of iEscrow.

iEscrow may integrate or interact with third-party services such as wallets, KYC providers, or decentralized exchanges. These services are not operated or controlled by GrowForce FZCO. By using them, you agree to comply with their own terms and policies. GrowForce FZCO is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of any third-party service.

You agree not to misuse iEscrow or engage in any activity that may harm the platform, its users, or its integrity. This includes attempting to hack, decompile, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of smart contracts, websites, or systems connected to iEscrow. You may not use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or sanctioned activities, or in any way that could compromise network security or violate applicable law.

All content, smart contracts, source code, website design, branding, logos, and materials related to the iEscrow ecosystem are the exclusive property of GrowForce FZCO or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

After the completion of the presale, $ESCROW tokens will be available for public trading through a decentralized liquidity pool on the Uniswap protocol. GrowForce FZCO does not own or operate Uniswap or any decentralized exchange. Once the initial liquidity is provided and trading becomes available, market dynamics on Uniswap are determined by open participation and smart contract mechanics beyond our direct control.

We remain committed to transparency and responsible practices in maintaining and disclosing any liquidity operations related to the $ESCROW token.

Users who trade $ESCROW tokens do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for understanding market volatility and potential loss of value.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, communication failures, regulatory changes, wars, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through confidential arbitration conducted in English under the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with GrowForce FZCO must be brought on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action against us, whether in court or arbitration.

The provisions of these Terms are intended to be effective and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and shall remain so in any circumstance.
