Disputes: how they get resolved

If there's a problem, each side presents their version (even on video) and a mediator releases or refunds.

If something doesn't add up — the payment never arrived, the product wasn't as agreed — either party can open a dispute instead of releasing the funds.

How the process works

  1. 1The dispute opens and the trade gets frozen: nobody can release or refund on their own.
  2. 2Each side presents their version and evidence, which can include a video testimony.
  3. 3A team mediator reviews the case and makes a binary decision: release the crypto to whoever claimed it, or refund it to whoever deposited it.
Always keep proof (payment screenshots, chat, etc.). The clearer the evidence, the faster and fairer the resolution.
Opening false disputes or attempting to scam gets recorded and affects your reputation. Escrow is there to protect, not to be abused.
