How to recognize an email from us
In Profile → Security you can create your anti-phishing phrase: a phrase you choose that appears at the top of every email we send you. An email "from iEscrow" without your phrase is fake, no matter how real it looks.
Also, we never send emails with links about a trade in progress. In a private escrow we send no email at all: the news is in the site's notification bell. In the marketplace we only tell you there's news, with no amount, no counterparty and no link. If you get an email with a button to "release", "confirm" or "approve" something, it's fake.
