The fee is 0.25% of the trade, split between both parties, with a 25% discount if you pay with $ESCROW.

The trade's fee gets split between buyer and seller - it's not paid by only one side, nor charged twice. If you enable paying fees with $ESCROW, you get a 25% discount (0.1875%).
