Depositing crypto

Every user has their own deposit addresses; you send to that address and it's credited once confirmed on the network.

  1. 1Go to your wallet and choose Deposit.
  2. 2Select the currency and the network you're going to use.
  3. 3Copy the deposit address (or scan the QR) and send from your wallet or external exchange.
  4. 4Wait for the network's confirmations: once they're reached, the balance is credited automatically.
Only send the currency and on the network you chose. Sending a different currency or using a different network can cause the funds to not be credited.

The address is yours, uniquely derived for your account. You can reuse it or request a new one. Crediting is automatic: the platform monitors the network and detects your deposit without you having to notify anyone.
