Every user has their own deposit addresses; you send to that address and it's credited once confirmed on the network.

A deposit stays “pending” until it reaches the minimum network confirmations; only then does it get credited.

Withdrawals require two-factor verification and an email code; you choose the outgoing network.

The same crypto can live on several networks; you always choose the network when depositing and withdrawing.

It's almost always about waiting for confirmations; if enough time has passed, check network/currency and contact support with the txid.
