Withdrawing crypto

Withdrawals require two-factor verification and an email code; you choose the outgoing network.

  1. 1In your wallet, choose Withdraw and the currency.
  2. 2Enter the destination address and the amount.
  3. 3Choose the network you want it to go out on (make sure the address is on that same network).
  4. 4Confirm with your two-factor verification code (2FA) and the code we sent you by email.
Withdrawals are protected by mandatory 2FA. If you haven't enabled it yet, do it first: without 2FA you won't be able to withdraw. Double-check the address and the network: sending to the wrong network can result in a loss.

The withdrawal fee is the cost of the network the transfer goes out on: the real gas cost plus a 25% margin, never below what major exchanges charge for that same network. It's quoted live when you type the amount and it's not a percentage: it depends on the network, not on the amount. Before confirming you see Amount / Withdrawal fee / You'll receive. Each network also has a minimum withdrawal. Depositing is free.

Once sent, you'll be able to track the transaction on the explorer with its txid.
